
My name is Tamira, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a trauma-informed background who have experiencing treating adults and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, women’s issues, relationship conflicts, and adjustment difficulties.
My counseling style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where therapy feels like a safe conversation, allowing clients to openly explore their experiences without fear of judgment. I take an eclectic approach to treatment, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual while drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, person-centered principles, and trauma-informed care.
