Prevention Resources

Flagler Cares cares about the residents who call Flagler County their home. Because holistic community health is vital, we seek to educate and address the underlying issues of substance use and misuse, along with prenatal/child safety strategies, stigma reduction, and youth mentoring, by providing prevention resources.

In addition to the resource guide, Flagler Cares also builds connections and collaborative environments through the Coalition, which creates space for providers to share, learn, and expand their reach. Sign up for the Community Connector to receive important information via email.

The resources are based on evidence-oriented research from expert organizations. Flagler Cares does not endorse the organizations and instead shares the information and content as educational tools for our community members. Please note that this site is reviewed and revised twice a year.
