Front Desk Assistant
Location: Palm Coast, Florida
Flagler Cares is looking for a compassionate and organized Front Desk Assistant to serve as a pivotal role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall functionality of the office. As the first point of contact for visitors, this position is responsible for greeting and checking in consumers with a friendly, engaging, and respectful attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported. The Front Desk Assistant will also assist consumers and clients seeking assistance from Flagler Cares by directing them to the appropriate resources and providing basic referral information.
Most Essential Work:

- Front office services management
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, so creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere is key.
- You’ll be responsible for helping new consumers through the process of getting assistance, which might involve gathering important details to assess their needs and linking them to community providers and resources.
- You’ll be handling calls and ensuring they are directed to the right team members, which requires good organizational skills and knowledge of who handles what in the office.
- You’ll monitor supply levels and inventory.
- You’ll maintain accurate documentation using our referral system (LINC)

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of local social services.
- Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards.
- Successfully pass Level 2 Background Screening.
- Current Florida Driver’s License.
- Bilingual skills a plus!

Systems & Compliance Specialist
- Location: Palm Coast, Florida

Flagler Cares is seeking a Systems and Compliance Specialist to help improve our interactions with internal and external customers and to develop a strong data collection and reporting system to tell our great stories of client success. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of technological skills, including experience with a CRM and MS Office as well as a high degree of attention to detail. General human resources, basic information technology, and/or grant and contract management and deliverables knowledge is a plus!

- Perform general administrative support tasks
- Coordinate policy and procedure updates
- Perform internal reviews of organization tasks
- Support compliance activities, specifically in relation to DCF licensure and accreditation

Part-Time and Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapist

- Flagler Cares is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children, youth, individuals, and families, with a strong emphasis on working with younger children and supporting family systems. The ideal candidate will have experience providing counseling to children in clinical or community-based settings and will be comfortable using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This position plays an important role in helping children and families build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and access the resources needed for long-term stability.

- What will you be doing?
- Provide individual and family counseling, with a focus on supporting younger children and their caregivers.
- Conduct intake sessions including biopsychosocial and behavioral health assessments.
- Develop collaborative Care Plans with clients and families.
- Use developmentally appropriate therapeutic techniques to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and family functioning.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and community partners to support children’s behavioral health and connect families to appropriate services.
- Coordinate care with community partners to address behavioral health and social care needs.
- What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work or a related field
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Florida Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
- Knowledge of and experience using evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and families.
