Flagler County Village

Flagler Cares is proud to host the Flagler County Village, a centrally located hub where organizations with a shared commitment to assisting vulnerable residents can co-locate program staff to create a “no wrong door” access point for health, behavioral health, financial, and housing supports. Flagler Cares also hosts youth and family programming in the Flagler County Village space, and the Flagler Cares Coalition convenes the 12 sectors to build protective factors and reduce risk factor in our community.

The Flagler County Village is active with staff from each of the current partners:

• Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia
• Easterseals Florida
• Foundations to Freedom
• Re-Nu Mental Wellness Center
• Sirius Healthcare
• St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry

Flagler Cares and the Flagler County Village partners are committed to removing barriers and increasing access to much needed services in Flagler County.
