Flagler Cares coordinates a coalition that connects non-profit, governmental, and community-based organizations to promote system and community improvements for the benefit of all in Flagler County. It is a valuable time of coordination and collaboration among organizations.
The coalition meetings are held quarterly on the second Monday of the month at the Flagler County Village. Agendas include presentations, trainings, and panel discussions. All coalition meetings are open to the public.
Join the Florida Department of Health Flagler County for the August Flagler Cares Coalition meeting on Monday, August 10 at 3 p.m.
The Department of Health staff will provide information on programs and services available, and we will discuss the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) for Flagler and Volusia Counties

About the Flagler County Village Community Room: We are located in City Marketplace, Building B, on the 3rd Floor (same building as Dominic’s Deli). There is only one elevator that comes to the third floor, and it is located to the right of TCC Dry Cleaners. There are exterior stairs on either side of the building from the first floor to the second floor and interior stairs from the second floor to the 3rd floor (look for signs on the glass doors on the second floor).
