Built on the same “No Wrong Door” approach that has guided our work in Flagler County, Volusia Cares is designed to connect residents to compassionate support, coordinated care, and community resources that promote long-term stability and well-being.

Flagler Cares staff will help you understand your health insurance benefits and identify and connect with appropriate behavioral health providers to meet your needs and help you overcome barriers to accessing appropriate care.

Funding for the Volusia Cares RISE Emergency Rent and Mortgage Assistance Program has ended. No funding is currently available, and we are not accepting applications for assistance.
