Systems & Compliance Specialist
- Location: Palm Coast, Florida
- Job Description: Are you looking for a position with a dynamic agency that will directly help people in our community? Flagler Cares is seeking a Systems and Compliance Specialist to help improve our interactions with internal and external customers and to develop a strong data collection and reporting system to tell our great stories of client success. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of technological skills, including experience with a CRM and MS Office as well as a high degree of attention to detail. General human resources, basic information technology, and/or grant and contract management and deliverables knowledge is a plus!
- Most Essential Work:
- Perform general administrative support tasks
- Coordinate policy and procedure updates
- Perform internal reviews of organization tasks
- Support compliance activities, specifically in relation to DCF licensure and accreditation
- Manage grant and contract deliverables, including coordination with sub-contractors
- Contribute ideas for improvement and change of programs
- Assist in the supervision of tasks
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services field is highly desirable
- Working in a helping field with at least five years’ experience is preferred

- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with an annual salary range of $45,000 – $51,000

Part-Time and Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapist
- Location: Palm Coast, Florida

- Are you a Licensed Counselor or Registered Counseling Intern who is passionate about making a difference and interested in serving individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults? Would you like to work for an organization that takes a whole-person approach to wellness and actively improves the wellbeing of the community it serves?
- Flagler Cares is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children, youth, individuals, and families, with a strong emphasis on working with younger children and supporting family systems. The ideal candidate will have experience providing counseling to children in clinical or community-based settings and will be comfortable using developmentally appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This position plays an important role in helping children and families build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and access the resources needed for long-term stability.

- What will you be doing?
- Provide individual and family counseling, with a focus on supporting younger children and their caregivers.
- Conduct intake sessions including biopsychosocial and behavioral health assessments.
- Develop collaborative Care Plans with clients and families.
- Use developmentally appropriate therapeutic techniques to support emotional regulation, coping skills, and family functioning.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and community partners to support children’s behavioral health and connect families to appropriate services.
- Coordinate care with community partners to address behavioral health and social care needs.
- What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work or a related field
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Florida Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern
- Knowledge of and experience using evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and families.

- Part-time and full-time positions with hourly range of $25-30/hour.
