Welcome to your one-stop health and social care organization. Services are available to both Flagler and Volusia County residents who need support, direct assistance, and referrals to resources that help keep them healthy and safe.

Flagler Cares coordinates services in Flagler County, and we are expanding select client services into Volusia County through our Volusia Cares Initiative.

We offer a support system through a wide range of collaborative community partners to provide high-quality services. In Flagler County, we offer the Flagler County Village where clients can access multiple agencies in one location. In Volusia County, there is a coordinated system of community partners that support residents.
